For this project, INDEX has partnered with Autto Ltd, a London-based technology company. Autto proposes to deliver an innovative and accessible workflow automation solution for legal departments, law firms and professional services.

This workflow automation solution aims to increase efficiency, freeing professionals to concentrate on advising clients. The positive impact would affect both the professional service organisation and their clients improving efficiency, reducing errors and enabling the launch of innovative services.

INDEX is collaborating with Autto on research and development, exploring the legal profession’s experience of their workflow and processes, and how these could be automated. By analysing and collating survey data, we aid Autto in creating a seriously effective solution, solving industry problems on the ground.
