Nadia has a strong background in software engineering and 14 years of diverse hands-on industry experience. Her research interests focus on addressing the complexities of digitalisation, servitisation, and human-technology interaction within the ‘Smart’ context to deliver real value to customers while benefiting businesses. She has developed DHSmart, a dynamic, data-driven, and human-centred conceptual model and canvas for Smart Product-Service Systems (Smart PSS). Nadia is currently focused on establishing DHSmart as a tool for both theoretical exploration in academia and practical application in the industry.
