Postdoctoral Research Fellow

The University of Exeter Business School wishes to appoint a quantitative social scientist to the post of Postdoctoral Research Fellow. This is a full-time, five-year appointment working as part of an EPSRC Next Stage Digital Economy Research Centre, DIGIT Lab. The Centre focuses on how digital technologies can transform the business models of Large Established Organisations (LEOs). Specifically, the postholder will concentrate on a work package that focuses on the implications of digital transformation on responsible leadership and management practices, including job design and organisational strategy.
