Current vacancies

Postdoctoral Research Fellow

This is an exciting full-time opportunity available from 1 May 2022 to join a team in a flagship University of Exeter digital economy research centre, based in London. This Postdoctoral Research Fellow post is a 3-year appointment, contributing to DIGIT Lab, a £3.7M EPSRC Next Stage Digital Economy Research Centre that works with Large Established Organizations (LEOs) to understand barriers to productivity improvements through digital transformation using responsible and sustainable approaches to innovation.

The postholder will work closely with DIGIT Lab researchers, focusing upon Data-driven innovation (led by Prof Ahmed-Kristensen). The research considers design implications for digital innovation including:

  • Data-driven design and data-driven decision making
  • employing digital technologies to inform designs of products/ services

DIGIT Lab provides an opportunity to engage with partners across sectors, and the wider cross-disciplinary academic team beyond the supervisory and project team.
