Senior Research Fellow

Tim joined INDEX in 2023. Previously, he was a director of a technology cooperative for five years promoting open data standards. Tim also worked for many years as a python analyst on supply chain data problems, in telecoms and financial services. In his early career, he held faculty academic posts in international business and several Research Council fellow positions investigating complex systems supply chains. His research interests are in the economics of supply chain transformation through data analytics and machine learning.
