Five Dilemmas Facing Today’s Digital Transformation Leaders
Leadership involves making choices and managing trade-offs in times of uncertainty. Based on our experience, a good starting point to gain a perspective on delivering digital transformation is to highlight the key areas where tensions are increasing and questions are being raised. Our conversations and interactions over the past few years suggests that at the heart of digital transformation lie 5 fundamental dilemmas being faced today. In this session, we discuss how leaders can face these 5 main dilemmas.
