Project Administrator, Research Services

Emma is the Project Administrator for DIGIT Lab, an EPSRC funded Next Stage Centre. DIGIT Lab Centre is one of many awards held by INDEX Research Centre.

Before taking up the DIGIT Lab Project Administrator post in April 2021, Emma was Digital Learning Developer within Project Enhance, at the University of Exeter. This role required her to liaise with academics and help coordinate the translation of existing teaching materials onto the online learning environment, in addition to managing Exeter Learning Environment pages and delivering digital training sessions for CEDAR (the department of Clinical Education Development and Research).

Emma has also spent two years within Parent Zone, an NGO that works with parents, schools, governments, and businesses to study, understand and address the impact of emerging technologies on young people. Whilst working at Parent Zone, she held the roles of Projects Officer and Finance Assistant to the CFO.

Emma holds an MSc in Conservation Science and Policy and BSc Biochemistry from the University of Exeter, in addition to the project management qualification PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner.
